University of Edinburgh Business School, UK, launches new MSc in Finance and Risk for September 2009 entry

The MSc in Finance and Risk is designed to give students a through grounding in the theory behind the measurement and management of economic and risk capital. In particular, it will focus on the complex market risk exposures on balance sheets, and the increasing regulation brought about by the introduction of Basle II and Solvency II. This specific expertise will be set in the context of a broad-based financial syllabus.
