Scope of processing personal data

Generally, we process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary for running this website and its functions and features. Processing of personal data based on prior consent is governed by Art.6 1 lit.a GDRP . In case personal data is mandatory for fulfilling a contract or necessary prior negotiating a contract, processing is governed by Art.6 1 lit.b GDRP. As far as a legal obligations make processing of personal data necessary Art. 6 1 lit.c GDRP provides the legal basis. Art. 6 1 lit. f GDRP governs processing of personal data in the case where legitimate interests of our company or any third party outweigh the interests of the person concerned.


Running this website and log files

When accessing this website our system automatically collects data and information and stores them in so called log files.

The following data are stored::

(2) operating system used by the accessing computer
(3) the internet service provider of the user
(4) the IP address of the user
(5) date and time of the visit
(6) overall visiting time on our website
(7) amount of page views
(8) search terms for accessing our website
(9) the website that linked to our website

These data will not be stored together with other personal information. .

Temporarily storage of these data is based on Art.6 1 lit.f GDRP. Temporarily storage of the ip address is necessary to make our website accessible with all its functions and features.

Storage of these data in our log files is necessary for running and operating the website. We use these data to improve our service and to make sure our website is secure. We do not use these data for marketing.

These data will be deleted as soon as storing the data is not necessary anymore. In general, this is the case when the session has ended but the latest after seven days. We may store these data hereafter but in this case the ip address will be deleted or alienated. Please note that storing the above mentioned data is mandatory to run and operate our website. Therefore, there is no right to object.

Users can contact us via the email addresses provided on the website. In this case personal data send with the email will be stored.

We will not transfer these data to any third party. All personal data will solely be used to process the conversation.

The user may object storage of personal data at any time by sending an email to info@uniiks.com. All personal data will be deleted in this case, thus the conversation cannot be continued.

We use the Google Maps API to show locations and geographical data. In this course Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mouontain View, CA 94043, USA collects data about usage of Google Maps by the user. Details may be accessed through Google´s data privacy regulations. Use of data may also be managed through Googles data protection center.


Youtube Videos

We embed videos of the platform Youtube.com. When accessing these videos Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mouontain View, CA 94043, USA uses certain cookies. Details may be accessed through Google´s data privacy regulations.. Use of data may also be managed through Googles data protection center.


Rights of the person concerned

Right of access

According to European data privacy legislation each person concerned shall have the right to obtain free information as to whether personal data are being processed. In this case, the person concernd may ask the controller to provide information about:

(1) the purposes of your processing;
(2) the categories of personal data concerned;
(3) the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data will be disclosed to;
(4) The retention period for storing the personal data or, where this is not possible, criteria for determining how long the personal data will be stores;
(5) the existence of the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction or to object to such processing;
(6) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
(7) information about the source of the data, where it was not obtained directly from the individual;
(8) the existence of automated decision-making (including profiling); and
(9) the safeguards provided as regards transfer of personal data to a third country or international organisation, if applicable.


Right to rectification

You have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data . Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the person concerned has the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.


Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’)

You have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data without undue delay and the controller has the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies::

(1) the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
(2) the person concerned draws consent on which the processing is based according to point (a) of Article 6(1), or point (a) of Article 9(2), and where there is no other legal ground for the processing;
(3) the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(2);
(4) the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
(5) the personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject;
(6) the personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services referred to in Article 8(1).

Where the controller has made the personal data public and is obliged pursuant to paragraph 1 to erase the personal data, the controller, taking account of available technology and the cost of implementation, shall take reasonable steps, including technical measures, to inform controllers which are processing the personal data that the data subject has requested the erasure by such controllers of any links to, or copy or replication of, those personal data.


Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies:

(1) the accuracy of the personal data is contested by person concernde, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
(2) the processing is unlawful and the person concenred datases the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
(3) the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the person concerned for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or
(4) the person concerned has objected to processing pursuant to Article (21) of the GDRP pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject..


Right to data portability

You have the right to receive the personal data , which has been provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided, where:

(1) the processing is based on consent pursuant to point (a) of Article 6(1) or point (a) of Article 9(2) or on a contract pursuant to point (b) of Article 6(1); and
(2) the processing is carried out by automated means.

In exercising this right , you have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible.


Right to object

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1), including profiling based on those provisions. 2The controller shall no longer process the personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the person concerned or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the person concerned shall have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.

Where the person concerned objects to processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data shall no longer be processed for such purposes.

In the context of the use of information society services, and notwithstandingDirective 2002/58/EC, the person concerned may exercise the right to object by automated means using technical specifications.


Right to withdraw data protection consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent with regards processing perssonal data at any time. Simply send an email to info@uniiks.com.


Period of storage

In general, personal data of a person concerned will be deleted as soon as the reason for storing the personal data ends. Statutory or contractural requirments may require to store personal data beyond this period of time.


Change to these Privacy Regulations

We may udpate these regulations from time to time. You are therefore advised to review these regulations periodically for changes. Changes are effective when they are posted on this website.
